Treasuring Your Friends

Life is busy! Between the laundry, grocery shopping, cooking, errands, and taking care of my family it can be hard to find time for my friends. Hi I’m Lysa TerKeurst for Proverbs 31 Ministries. I also know that life without friends is like trying to breath without oxygen. God designed us to have relationships with others who will love, challenge, encourage, and understand us. Here are some ideas for treasuring your friendships today:

Take time to write a short handwritten note just to say you love her. In this day of e-mail a real letter is a treasure.

Be on the lookout for a little gift of encouragement for her. Just something small can speak volumes of love.

Offer to run an errand for her. If you’re heading to the grocery, call and ask if there are a couple of things you could pick up for her that would make her day a little easier.

Friends are treasures so take a little time to treasure your friends today! And be sure to visit us at Proverbs31.org.
