Experiencing God is the most exciting part of following Christ! Hi, I’m Lysa TerKeurst for Proverbs 31 Ministries. As I’ve traveled the country speaking at conferences, people constantly tell me they want more out of the Christian life – a relationship with God where they recognize His voice and live in expectation of His activity. What I’ve discovered is this requires obedience.
God reveals Himself to all of us, but sometimes we don’t pay attention because we haven’t learned to recognize an encounter with Him. Encounters with God cause change - change in our plans, change in our perspectives, and most importantly change in us. I know, change is hard. But if we step out in obedience and embrace change, we will experience God. And honestly, there’s no greater joy!
